Where the heck did April go?!

WARNING: This blog contains proof that my hair is indeed blonde, and always will be, even it doesn't show on the outside. Now you may continue :)

As I said in the title: WHERE THE HECK DID APRIL GO?? It still seems like it should be 2011 or something. Shoot, it should still be 2010 acording to my internal calender. But, I better tell it to shut up, because it's 2012. And, almost May at that. I've been  doing a bunch of crafty stuff, and thought I'd write about it. Oh, I've been trying to figure out Picasa photo editing thing too. Not working too well :( It's confusing!

Rainbow cake=awesome~! I must make this!
Here's where the whole blonde thing comes in:
Cute, right? well. Yeah. Um, I didn't get it at first. I was like, "Huh? I think you're Orange Fanta Branch? What does that mean...? O_O Fanta...OHHH!" Man, I'm stupid :D

Here's one of the things I made...a Duck Tape Wallet! It's so cool! Annnd, it's so easy to make! I made Melissa (My Sis, in case you didn't know) one too :)

I thought I was the only one (besides my mom) who thought that! I get so mad at that part!!

One thing I'm in the middle of making! It's for Dylan's (my nephew) birthday. I'm not very far into making it, so I need to hurry up--his birthday is May 13th!

Another blonde moment :"Huh? How..? Guhluhbull...g..u...h..l..u..h..b..u..l..l....Huh?!? That's not true! OHH! WAIT!" Another "Man, i'm stupid" moment. Hey, at least I'm not alone...Melissa did the same thing! (And, she not blonde!)

Okay, so I said I would write about crafts I've been doing..well, now that I think about it, I haven't done alot...does origami count..? hehe :) Well, I made flipflops out of duck tape & cardboard...but I messed up a step & it didn't work :(( & it doesn't really count, but I made fried rice :D I took pictures & will post them tomorrow..don't have them uploaded! I've been writing alot..& I made some little pillows...and that's about it. I've been pretty busy going thru stuff & packing.

T-T-T-that's all, folks!

How do you eat an elephant...

                                  ...One bite at a time!!

Well, hanging out around the bed and couch! Not much energy! Just finished a round of antibiotics and prednisone for Pleurisy. Still feeling blah! The good news is that I have found a new doctor! This one seems to be knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate! The more pleased I am with her, the more upset I get at all of the others! Don't they take the same oath? I have always felt that I have fallen between the cracks concerning medical care during my 25 years with Sarcoidosis. My new Doctor discovered some new problems and may have just saved my life! Thank you Lord!!! :) My new Doctor is part of the M.D.V.I.P. Program. Check it out if you're looking for a really good Doctor!! You will pay an upfront fee, similar to a retainer with a lawyer. For your office visits, they file most insurance, just like other Doctors, with a co-pay. The great thing is that these Doctors are limited to 400-600 patients, which means you get more individual attention. (And a personal cell phone number)

"I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me." Philippians 4:13

About the elephant...we are moving toward a simple path but right now our lives seem pretty complicated! There is light at the end of the tunnel, but we have a major to-do list!! Between Hubby's full-time job, the additional work of the animal rescue, doctor and lab visits, and house-hunting for whats next, we are very busy!! Then add in giveaways, throwaways, sorting through boxes of books, and mounds of papers in order to down-size. Oh yeah, I need to help Melissa (My middle Daughter) get the rest of her furniture and belongings out of the master bedroom. YAAY--one whole room will be empty soon! And of course, we could always use a few more forever homes for our rescue animals!

Rental house at the lake in the country or park model travel trailer in the country near the existing animal rescue? Both appeal, and are smaller than our current house--a definite plus! I love just sitting outside and listening to the birds sing!! It makes me happy! Whichever one we decide, will be a more simple lifestyle, and require us to down-size even further. This is going to feel really good, but getting there is really a rough ride right now. Living a simple life is the goal and well worth the struggle!

I ish saying Happy Valentines early. (And also some random pics from 3DS)

I'm blogging to say Happy Valentines early. I'm posting alot of pictures from my 3DS, some with hearts, some without. I basically just uploaded any picture with hearts, so yeah it's kind of a weird mix lol
Isn't it cool how it looks like Zelda is about to cut Kirby, and so Kirby is running away? Well, guess what?! I didn't even mean to make it look like that!! The Zelda card blew over to where I was taking pictures of Kirby!!

Picture of hearts and bubbles..

Picture of hearts...

Picture of my shoe. And no, my shoelaces aren't brown. :D It's taken with sepia.

Garlic...Isn't it a cool picture though? There's a mystery button on the DS, where it plays with the pics so you don't know what you're getting, and that's how most of these photos were taken. It takes alot to make garlic look cool.

Heart...

Hearts all around our Bassett Hound, the infamous Charlie. (The one who ate our pumpkin)

Hearts around a penguin.

My shoe, again.

This picture is really creepy. It was taken with Negative setting. It looks like my eyes are bugged out and looking down, but actually i'm looking straight ahead, and the picture was taken below me.

This picture is so cool! I was taking a picture of my hair, (Don't judge, I was really bored) and then the DS put a picture of me on it, so it looks like I took a picture of me with hair in my face.

Hearts...

Hearts...

Kinda cool picture of some baby food jars.

Charlieeee!

Me & my freckles.

Picture of mine & mama's faces merged. That's the other cool thing the DS will do; merge faces.

Hearts...

My adorable little nephew♥

Warheads bottle, taken with Negative.

Coke bottle, taken with Negative.

Cool pic of trees, taken with Sepia.

Kirby, with hearts all around him. (In case you haven't noticed, I LOVE KIRBY!!)

B/W pic taken from our truck.

Random picture of my legs..

Hearts..

Picture of our grass...We have pretty grass :D

Another pic of our grass.

Pretty picture of the sky & trees

Parkers.

My brother-in-law being a doofus :P

My pretty sissy :D (Sry it's sideways)

Pic of trees. Taken with Sepia.

Hearts...

I think this is a really awesome picture!

Tree....

Cool picture of the sky.

Sky..

Annnnnnnd, boys and girls, if you're still awake, this is yet again a picture of a tree taken with negative. Hey, I can't help it if I want to be a photographer! :D

Have a great valentines day, and Domo Kun hugs to you! ;D
